Come, let us play a different kind of game...

GLOBAL RULES:

1] You must abide by these rules while playing.

2] You will need Game Maker (v8.0) to play this game (it may work with older versions?)

3] If you are taking your turn to play, you must post here to indicate you are taking your turn.

4] You will have one hour from the time posting to take your turn. If your hour expires before your turn is finished, you may lose your turn to another player.

5] You must edit your original post once your turn is completed, providing a reliable download link to the updated version (your edit) of the game.

6] In addition, you must post your rules for the next round/conditions for successfully completing that round.

7] However, the game cannot continue until the participant who wrote the previous round's rules is able to verify that you have successfully completed the round by following the rules. Other players may weigh in on this judgment.

8] Once a round has been successfully completed, the game may continue with another player taking his/her turn.

9] The purpose of this game is to explore an idea that may have potential to become something great. The idea is experimentation and evolution.

10] Can the game be lost or won? Can the rules be broken or changed? Time will tell, only time will tell...

Let us begin!

I'm not sure if there's anything in there (yet) that'd keep you from using the demo version of GM 8?

I don't think so, no. The demo version should work fine... We might want to make that one of the rules, by the way... To keep things within the demo version's capabilities so everyone can play.

@ BOBO: Nice, clever dude... That's exactly how to play! I approve of your solution for round 1 and round 2 is officially open!

Hmm, I like where this was going... Kind of sad to see it stopped.
