After a few false starts, the game still needs a motivated programmer/designer to complete the project. Please message me if you are interested!

The game engine itself is in good shape. We have almost complete art assets, a huge suite of fully animated characters, backgrounds, and animations, a full working combat engine, a entire meta tag system for randomized content, a character and animation editor, and random naming generator.

All that is missing is tying up some loose ends, fixing the meta game, and creating the remaining design elements (creating spells and balancing character abilities).

If you are a flash coder who would be seriously interested in finishing this project will full artistic support, and possible compensation (depending on experience or success), please contact me!

Check out a quick video preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElEkVBY3CFc!

Below are a few screenshots from the game.

Need more details.
What flash version? What actionscript version? What do you use to display it on the screen?

First of all - the game looks awesome! No seriously, after watching the video, I just want to play too! I guess that means I'm one interested coder Smiley Although I'm not really sure whether I have enough time to be very committed (personal projects, school, etc). Either way, I really hope this succeeds!

I'm the artist/co-designer so I don't know a lot of code specifics. It is done in AS3. There are no libraries like Flixel or whatever used (that I know of).

Thanks. It was something I did as a mockup for fun and I realized how satisfying it is to have so few pixels behave in such a sophisticated manner, from animation, to the cool spell effects like Swarm. I think it would be a lot of fun to finish.

I'm also looking for someone who really cares about design and balance, not just someone to do the grunt work.
