It's to help us figure out what best dates work for setting the jam up. It's looking like I could make it, but money is the basic trouble  I wouldn't be able to even get a flight for me and my dad for under about $1200, let alone staying at a hotel. What ways could I make it cheaper? |

What ways could I make it cheaper? Hmm... flying without your Dad would make it cheaper. I have some floor space for people to crash on at our apartment. Or you could try splitting a hotel with some other folks who are coming from out of town. We have some moneys to offset some of your travel/hotel costs, but it'll be split up between how many people want to use it. So I'm not sure how much that'll add up to. |

I shouldn't have any problems myself.
All I need is somewhere to stay.
But I may have to arrive the night before or something. What time on the 16th would be the ideal starting time? Because I could catch an early morning if that's better.
