Paul, Bobo, Cow, Mike (not a member of these forums) and I just played the most passive game of League of Legends I've ever seen. We had a small lead over their team throughout the game, but it was nothing they couldn't come back from. But it quickly became apparent that they would just... let us do things. Steal Blue Buff? No prob. It's yours. Take this tower? Hmm, maybe we'll stop you at the next one. Oh, you're doing baron? Well, okay. That's fine.
They even refused to initiate on Paul... when he was alone in their jungle...

Reaching about 55% win percentage with a sample of over 100,000 Miss Fortune games ranked over 1200 elo. sure vayne might statistically be the 'worst'
and miss fortune might statistically be the 'best'
but let me tell you, a lot of people play this game, and so many of them are such fucking idiots that i don't think a simple 10 percent difference in w/l ratio for such a WIDE SPAN OF PLAYER SKILL should be the ultimate deciding factor of a character's worth
ask anyone who plays the game and they'll tell you they'd be about 90000x more scared of a fed vayne than a fed miss fortune

yeah with vayne's range she's more of the type of character that dominates or feeds. She's kind of the extreme of the ranged AD's. That probably skews the stats.
