the new hero is basically what a master yi re-work would have been if they had done it. really almost sounds like they had some ideas for reworking him but decided against it and made a (new) hero out of them.

her ult is basically alpha strike + meditate combined. if I understand his design correctly, the original intent of meditate was to de-aggro enemies by stacking a heal and lots of armor/mr. and that's what her ult does, de-aggros enemies for a short period and heals her (if you have enough lifesteal).  

and instead of having the attack/movement speed buff on the ult they made it into a passive that stacks. which is good becuase master yi's ultimate is boring as far as ultimates go. they even made the passive refresh on player kill, which is another reason that leads me to believe she is just what a reworked master yi would be.

edit: oh, I forgot mention her parry ability is basically wuju style + his passive, but instead of an extra physical attack it deals bonus magic damage and blocks a single attack. and she can't double the ad bonus like he can.

If they gave Master Yi a complete rework they would get no money for it since everyone already has that champion (and he's so cheap that no one would pay RP for him anyway). And it's all about the money to them, you know.

I've played with quite a few Nauts. He is a really good initiator.

I've been trying Shen lately. He seems really strong. Tanky and can do decent damage over time while no one pays attention to him.

next they should rework or buff tiamat. it's a fun item but it doesn't provide enough ad to warrant the slot, and it's splash range is shit awful.

So did they buff Twitch yet? I bet they did because they wouldn't just start on a stealth rework and then suddenly drop it -- that would just be silly. Yup, I bet Twitch is great to use now and so is Teemo, Evelyn, AND Dr. Mundo too. What a great company to fix all these things in a timely manner. I bet they even made it so you could do AP alistair again. *cough* I bet Magma chamber is fun too huh? *cough*

I also would think Lulu isn't overpowered or anything AT ALL, am I right?

Maybe I should really get back in this game, it's not like Dota 2 is being updated every week with cool stuff and offers amazing spectator and replay features.

Actually Mundo's been buffed and is actually a pretty good champ again. His jungle is really fast, and he's pretty hard to deal with once he gets some items. Speaking of Twitch, Jungle Twitch seeing more play. It's viable since they nerfed the damage of all the neutral camps.

Teemo and Eve are still trash tier, but heroes like Shaco and Pantheon (once troll picks) are doing really well in the metagame right now.

Yeah, the game has issues, but it's still fun to play from time to time with old friends and various TIGPeople. At any rate, there's no need to thump your DotA2 chest in a display of nerd superiority. I get that you like that game, and that's cool, but it's coming off as rather childish.

Interesting item. I can see that working pretty well on someone like Olaf.

Like really? Is Irelia that much of a problem that she must be nerfed every other patch? I'm beginning to think that there is a fundamental flaw in the champion design, or NMST is trolling us.

yeah. reduce her price and then the next patch, nerf her. luckily it's not too bad of a nerf, wriggle's can easily compensate for the loss of sustain. a good item but she never needed it before, probably will see her buy it more often now.

glad they release a new support. though I hate how 6300ip is the standard pricing now. won't even throw us an occasional 4800ip champ like they used to.
