I just found this.  If this to believed, that makes me feel a lot better about my Gold II rating. But I think it's kind of disconcerting that it's inversely exponential rather than a bell curve. A majority of players are in crap tier right now. |

That's actually pretty standard if you go by the notion that bronze is the average player. It's that way in Starcraft 2 as well.
Basically, Bronze/Silver are the newbies and casual players. Gold are the average "hardcore" players, and above Gold are the legitimately great players.

 quinn is a lot of fun. not too sure what the best build on her is, so i start off with blade of the ruined king and go from there. only protip i have for you folks is to note that if her passive is set on an enemy hero, you can trigger it with an autoattack, and then immediately reset the passive by casting your E on them for tons of easy bonus damage (amount depends on the stage of the game). she gains 80%(?) attack speed buff while ulting, as well as 80% movement speed boost, so she's pretty great at starting/setting up kills in the early game (though you might not want to do this in teamfights, as she's squishy as balls). she can 1v1 pretty much every enemy adc due to her amazing blind, but beware of stuns etc. because you have very little escape. |

Wow, Liandry's on Ziggs is super strong.
I've been rolling Unholy Grail, Liandry's, Crystal Scepter, and Void Staff and have been able to eat through tanks and squishies alike.

I've bought Karma and Sakura skin for her, pwning noobs on mid have never been so easy, also if u get help on blue u can easily jungle with Karma :p
