Woo, totally excited now. So from what time will there be people at CB2? I'll probably be arriving in Cambridge about 12, but I don't mind hanging around and seeing the city.

There'll be at least a few people there by early afternoon, if not before - I'm expecting to arrive at around 3pm

Haha, great. Weekend o fun and games, probably horribly unfinished ones in my case, ahead!

Now tonight I'll scribble together some basic 2D engine stuff I can keep reusing...  Grin

The jam has started!

I'm away in Portsmouth today, but I'll be there on Saturday.

Just figured I'd pop in and say thanks for the weekend to all you lovely people who were there these last few days and lined it all up and stuff. Thanks to the atmosphere, this has been the most productive and creative few days for myself I've had in literally years. Turns out actually Getting Stuff Done feels pretty amazing. Who'd have thought?

I'll have to show up for this kind of thing more often in the future, methinks. Maybe I'll even become confident enough to actually take part in a themed jam as well Wink

(I'm the fairly quiet big hairy guy who was a bit rubbish and on Fri and Sun only showed up for the evenings. This is my first post here. Hello!)

Hi Florian - welcome to the forums. Was good to meet you!  Gentleman

Also, I didn't get to say thanks to Terry and Stephen when I was leaving, but thanks very much to everyone involved in organising the event. I know a lot of work goes into them and it's great that you're so happy to put the effort in for the rest of us Smiley I really enjoyed myself and can't wait for the next one!  Beer!

Also thanks to everyone who let me bother them with my camera. You can see the (non-video) results here

I really enjoyed this jam.  I was all, like, pooped out from the project I've been working on, so it was great to have a weekend where I could kick back and make games with other people.
