Yeah that's effectively the flexible funding campaign type from indiegogo.

If anything it shows that they've put no thought into how much it's going to cost them to do and they just want people to throw money at them.

Holdfast: Record of the Dwarven Kingdoms is a 600+ section gamebook for print (soft and hardcover), Android, Mac and PC, beginning at Tiers as low as $5. The print gamebook will be available Q4 2013, with the digital versions to follow in Q2 2014.
