When the whole Tim Langdell/EDGE/Mobigames thing first exploded the original developers of Bobby Bearing posted saying they believe that they are the true owner of the Bobby Bearing IP.

Papazian has talked with Bobby Bearing's actual developers, Robert and Trevor Figgins, and they claim they retain the rights to the game. Langdell, they assert, was just the publisher.

I would laugh so hard if they contacted Apple and had the game removed for violating their trademark.

WTF! The guy is seriously delusional. Is he really trying to blame 20 years of shady business practices and trademark trolling on Future Publishing?! Un-fucking-believable! The guy is never going to disappear. I have no doubt we'll still be hearing horror stories about Langdell in another 20 years time.

It seems he at least realizes that his name has been tarnished and now he's clearly trying to untarnish it with that utterly transparent move. The doctor is either really stupid himself, or he believes everybody else to be.
