It looks like someone mocked up a game in ASCIIPaint or WEPaint and then made an actual game out of it which is just fantastic. Stylistically, this is the type of game that more people should be making.

Best use of ASCII graphics ever? I think so.  I can't play right now (posting this from a phone), but gameplay-wise it looks like Clonk. |

This game is fucking awesome. The tutorial is done pretty badly though in my opinion, but the game itself is super fun.

So many minerals!  I have to agree that the tutorial isn't very good. I skipped it because i just wanted to play the game, but later on when i showed the game to my cousin, he had been playing for about 2 minutes when out came "What! Moles explode? *chuckle*". After i quizzed him about how he had possibly reached the moles so quickly he said that it was in the tutorial. I thought it was way more fun finding out for myself. Also some of the upgrades are described in the tutorial, and i enjoyed discovering those for myself too. I think the graphics are great too. I even like the fact that there are graphical artifacts, it's so charming. |

Mining the moon and the stars in this game is very unsettling. The stars are drawn like a childrens drawing and there's a sickly sweet repetitive jingle playing in the background as you erase the skies and leave nothing but void. I doubt this whole game was meant as a social commentary, but, still, it feels pretty godless

As far as I understood it, you need a complete line of conveyor belts and scoops to move it up to the station, you will also have to turn the direction of the belts occasionally. They only move minerals in the correct direction, it seems.
The game is pretty fun and I agree, the Tutorial was one massive Spoiler. I know everything right from the start, meh. It's still fun.

It's more like a manual than a tutoreal. For a laugh, upgrade the Dirtzooka a few times on subsequent completions but make sure you have the battery for the consequences. |

The one thing I wish this game had was random terrain. After two playthroughs it's pretty much over. Still, it's pretty fucking awesome as is.
