The second picture looks so much like an Arwing that it's awesome. Smiley

last night I added more bob...

..was getting the FPS camera and controls feeling good, adding in view bob, pitch/roll based on movement direction and speed, fall height, etc.

also added in a proper parallax skybox, similar to Source or other FPS games.

Agreed. It looks different from almost everything else out there. I think the only other game that explores some of the visual concepts is El Shaddai. Interested to see where you take these visual concepts and merge them to gameplay mechanics.

Looks super interesting!

I do prefer the b/w screens a lot though. Looks just as interesting but they're not as busy so it looks more like something playable.
