I love how one of the worst supports in the game (omniknight) has so many hard counters like brew. super legit.
I think he's just bad because of the hard counters to him, not in addition to them. If Diffusal Blade didn't exist, I think Omni would be a strong pick. Consider that his win rate in pubs is quite high (54.8%). This seems to imply that he has a flaw (diffusal) that public players don't know about. Then you suddenly remember he needs to lane with someone, has no hard disables, and his ult is countered by most of every single hero in the game. Also doesnt push towers well. 1. See omnipick 2. Pick up carries with AoE ults/aoe Abilities (most of all of them) 3. Ignore his ult completely |

Lone Druid does better alone, and his name is a subtle nod to that fact. Don't get his spirit bear until levels 21-25.
Nightstalkers ult should be used any time your team is about to gank during the day. The reduced vision for both teams will add the element of surprise. Just don't come along, because you'll probably cock everything up.
Huskar's burning spears should be left on auto-cast all game. This is to improve his DPS. I'm afraid to tell you this but... lololol I kid! |

Or get blink dagger on AM so you never run out of blinks

that IS what you're supposed to do on drow Yep. There are two builds on Drow that are mildly popular - one of them maxing Frost Arrows and ganking, while the other focuses on farm and maxes Aura/Stats, purchases lifesteal, and takes maybe one level in Q and W depending on the circumstances. Then again, Drow isn't exactly top tier at the moment, so if you pick her I guess you just want to have fun, and in that case anything goes. |
