I have spacebar as selecting my hero.
What is this? I've never met as many people that actually use that function on space in a single place at once. Everyone I know has removed that key/moved it off space in favor of a hotkey for an item on space. |

Everyone I know has removed that key/moved it off space in favor of a hotkey for an item on space.
I use number keys for items, I feel its better. |

I use number keys for items, I feel its better. You hurt your reaction times then because you take your fingers off q,w,e,r, making certain item/spell combos harder |

Yeah I've noticed that a little bit (but I think I've adapted to it pretty well), I'm still not sure what the best hotkey arrangement would be.

A very very common thing you'll see is use their pinky/thumb to hit all the other ones, using space, shift/ctrl/caps lock If you play a active item based hero like tinker you'll thank me |

I used to use ALT + QWE for top row and ALT + ASD for bottom row like the standard HoN setup, but ALT + QWER is used for toggling on and off autocast, so now I'm using
YXCV for the first 4 itemslots and the two buttons on the side of my mouse for the last 2 itemslots.

well im just not sure i need 1/10 of my screen to be covered with a boot that has my movespeed written under it
