Oh-wow.
Should I kill myself first and then change the attitude, or change the attitude first and then kill myself? In which order exactly?
Key point: Fuck you.
I used an eva reference on you but you didn't get it because
you're new hereThe point is when you just spew pointless hate speech
no one really cares what you have to say, and
you come across as really unlikableIf you want to fit in in this community and enjoy to the fullest everything it has to offer, maybe just don't come into the thread and create a strawman in "fucking casuals" and then put yourself above it before getting really combative.
Honest advice, you don't have to take it.
I'm sorry, I find it extremely hard to take any advice from you. Once you throw in an insult(which is the first thing you said unfortunately) you've basically nullified anything you say thereon and the only parts of your post that I see are the bolded ones.
While strongly worded and bluntly put, my original post was chipping in on the voiced concerns about the Ursas "Alphine set" and how the quality of hats and cosmetics might go downhill once the floodgates are open.
I share the sentiment, but I just went one step further and pointed out that this wouldn't have happened if the game wasn't F2P - rather than having to decide that is appropriate in the dota2 universe and what isn't - just take out all of the cruft and focus on what actually matters - making the game even better.
Calling the hats and cosmetics "bullshit" sounds quite harsh, but It's somewhat accurate description since they doesn't affect the gameplay, but generate the whole dressup and trading meta that frequently plagues dota2 chatrooms.
Unfortunately I'm a minority on this cause and swimming against the tide(of casuals) won't get me far. Adding a "competitive mode" for 20-40$ that disables cosmetics seems like a reasonable solution.
F2P is the future for the

For the times they are a-changin.
