that'd be expected -- we always have to have mean-spirited alternatives to positive threads, this is tigsource

but the only game i can think of in that category is 'world of warcraft'. other than that i'd never tell someone *not* to play a game they enjoy (and even in the case of WoW i'd only apply it to people who play it like 6+ hours a day) -- but besides games like that, i've no problem with people enjoying whatever games they want to enjoy, and don't understand why others have such problems

A game I enjoyed on the megadrive.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%C5%8Dgi_%C5%8C:_King_Colossus

A fine action/rpg with a diverse set of weapons. It was never released in america, but apparently there is a fan made english translation.

I think StarTropics is up there as well.

ZPC, Neverhood, Chasm The Rift, Alphaman, and I've heard about a staggering amount of people that HAVEN'T played System Shock 2, which is a damn shame.

Sanitarium was pretty cool for an isometric horror adventure. No idea how many people played it or how popular it was though.

A lot of people I know played that game. I'm pretty sure it was cheap at Walmart and came in cereal boxes and things so I don't know if it fits

I played the demo when I was little and I remember the part where one of the 'patients' fell down. I... was he wearing his pants?

I might be slowpoke at this one, but Planescape: Torment is something everyone should try once in their life.
