Concerned sad. But continue, and remember- Graphics matter only if the game is 95 % done.

I dug up my old forums account to post on this, keep it up! I'm really intrigued by the game, don't give up just because you couldn't make it in 24 hours!

Thanks guys! That's pretty cool of you all. Been busy with other things but I'm going to start over, but this time a bit different. I'm not going to decide on the specific game yet, but fist I'm going to do what I wanted to do and should have done in the first place. Build a decent backsystem/editor for holding 2d worlds. An engine as you will. Just tailored for my own needs. I think I will open a devlog here for it. When I do so, I will pass the link here. First I have to make 1 decision though. Tile based or not. I always made tilebased 'engines' in the past, but now I'm thinking about an absolute engine. Who knows, might even contain a tiled-layer class. Not sure yet how it will look. Ah well! I will keep you posted. In the meantime I can also have a good thought about what I want my game really to be about. Lately I am not even sure if I should go for turnbased or realtime. I was never good at making up my mind and sticking to it Wink
