phubans mentioned this way back when, but Mononoke (not to be confused with a certain Studio Ghibli film) is awesome and you should watch it (preferably in high-def). It's also pretty unusual, and thus Your Mileage May Vary. Also, watch episodes 9-11 of Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales, which Mononoke is a spin-off from (the other episodes are completely unrelated, even directed and written by different people, and in my opinion are mediocre at best). |

hellstar remina (juni ito, no less), apocalypse zero, gantz, berserk, gyo and shigurui are the only ones I clearly recognize. some assorted shintaro kago works (holes for example), but i cant name them specificially.

oh, I somehow reed namragog's comment as yours. Sorry namragog! (I'm just replying now because I noticed that people were commenting about KS and I didn't want to get spoilers until I finished the game :<) But yeah, it was a pretty good game. I've chosen Lily's path in the end. It was interesting, although the final was kinda disappointing. Not for being bittersweet, but it seems, lacking. I've finished it about five minutes ago, though, so maybe it will grow into me. |
