I've never watched an episode of DBZ in my life.
I watched the first(?) season when I was a kid but didn't like it. The original Dragonball is still it's at. |

I own all 6 seasons of DBZ on DVD. A family friend gave em to me after he got married. It's enjoyable, I suppose, though the animation is lacking in quality (you watch oily naked men stand around charging their power levels for episodes at a time).

I thought there were 9 seasons (My set has 1-9). Also, how is that part of the animation? More like a quirk of the show if you ask me. |

Oh okay, I only have the first six then.
Having your subjects stand around on the same 5 frames for minutes at a time is an animation cop-out. Of course, DBZ isn't the sole perpetrator of this crime; it's pretty common in animus across the board.
I dunno, everything seemed really jerky or stagnant to me. I'll still watch it from time to time tho.
