It could be I am not using SFML properly. Because this happen in quite a few computers(not only your computer). Though not in all.
However, I do use SFML 1.6, maybe you are using SFML 2.0? If that is the case, maybe I should switch to SFML 2.0.

Oh boy, I solved a wacko "bug".
It appears that this old machine I am using for normal tasks(not deving) had an inssue with running out of memory.
This machine still has vista. Vista has a service called SuperFetch, it's related to caching files into memory. One of it's side effects is that it slowly fills up your RAM.
This caused my network connection to be very slow(for instance when playing with people or downloading files) but also could cause program to crash due to lack of RAM.
I don't know why I didn't take care of it until now, I either just reboot it, or saw only part of the sympthoms and didn't link them.
I saw I have too much memory used, but I didn't think to solve it. Silly me.
Oh well, I solved the issue, but also learned a lesson that it is important to keep your computer "in shape".

There will be 2 different armies with different units? If so, will you be able to pick an army you wish before the start?

New sprites are nice man, keep up the good work.  Hand Thumbs Up Left

It would be nice to have different boards to play on in the future.

Thanks,
Yea, I guess you will be able to pick your army.
In matter of fact, the board is read from an xml file made with Tiled. So you can make almost "any" board you want with tiled.
You can even mix units from the two different armies.

I kind of finished the Gallu. I made still and walking animations. I still need to do attack animation, but that could wait.
I am trying to make something workable. I could skip animation and do the attacks with the wrong sprites, but I think the new sprites inspire me to make their attacks more creative.
The next demon I need to create is Pazuzu, this guy:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pazuzu

He is kind of cool. To be honest, I will have two of him on the board(in the "classic" board setup), even though he is a specific demon. But, in a mythological world it is possible, somehow, heh.

Here is the sprite of Pazuzu(didn't animate him yet).
He is suppose to be evil and scary, but I was told he is not so scary... :/

Now I am a bit uninspired, I guess I should make another todo list, to organize my thoughts.

Using darker colors could also help.

What do you mean by highlight the face?
Yea, darker colors might make him scarier, but for some kind of a reason I like being "creative"(clueless) and give him some non typical colors.
