It's been a while since we've had

What is an Exquisite Corpse? Let's let Wikipedia explain:
"Exquisite corpse, also known as exquisite cadaver (from the original French term cadavre exquis) or rotating corpse, is a method by which a collection of words or images is collectively assembled. Each collaborator adds to a composition in sequence, either by following a rule (e.g. "The adjective noun adverb verb the adjective noun") or by being allowed to see the end of what the previous person contributed."
We had a lot of fun with these back in the day, and I feel it is high time for another.
Together we will construct a tale of glorious and scintillating brilliance! No writing ability is required, just the responsibility to fulfill your obligations. Each writer will, in turn, write a short section of prose -- no more than a paragraph -- and send his contribution alone to both myself, as administrator, and to the next writer! Thus, each section will follow from the previous, but not necessarily from, you know, anything that came before.
You'll get, say, three days to write your section and pass it on.
The rules are simple, as I've said. Depending on how many people want to do this we may have to go around a second time -- let's take that as it comes. Anyone interested? Just post below in
red to signify your acquiescence!
