Sometimes we have to look at the fact that the female figure is quite pleasing to the eye, and as long as it is tastefully done it doesn't hurt with shapes or lack of armour in places.

Factoring those in, assuming the RAINN's US rate of 60% of rapes going unreported and that this article's Japanese rate of 89% going unreported are both accurate and hold true, and using the 1st link I posted (which I think has statistics on the number of cases actually reported, not just convicted), it becomes 0.753295 per 1000 people versus 0.161245 per 1000 people, which is still a pretty significant difference (about 5 times less). Though obviously not as much as just using the pure statistics on those pages.

There is nothing wrong with having scantily-clad women in games. There IS something wrong with having scantily-clad be a standard, especially in situations where it makes no fucking sense, and especially juxtaposed with men being usually portrayed as armored tanks.

There is nothing wrong with having games that are entirely about near-pornographic fanservice. Or ACTUALLY pornographic for that matter. Porn is great! Porn is fun! ... But randomly adding it to games that are supposed to be about gameplay is a problem.
