Update: May is Menus and Music Month for MoonMan. I finally got around to implementing the whole LoadingScreen->Menu->Game->PauseMenu system, so that all works now. I also now have a nice minimal menu system. I experimented with dynamically putting together short bits of music, but it wasn't really working out well. So the new system I'm working on just has long tracks, each with keywords. So e.g., when you're in a cave, the system will try to play a music track that has a 'cave' keyword. The last screenshot shows the little test program I was using to experiment, where you manually select the keywords. Thx for reading cobbers!
