Great! Birmingham is way more convenient for me!
I'll definitely try to make it.

Anybody from Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove area need a lift?

Good to see a bit of interest!

Derek, we do it on Wednesdays because - we just do. Never really thought about it before. Pubs would probably be a lot busier on Fridays or Saturdays I imagine. Plus personally I'm always out on Friday night anyway, and people are more likely to be doing other stuff at weekends.

Great Birmingham meetup! Huge turnout.

Bluescrn suggested ditching the Leamington meetups. I don't really have any preference either way. Birmingham seems likely to be popular but I dunno if we should ditch Leamington yet.

Coventry's next - I suggest Inspire because I like it; does anyone else have any preferences?

Inspire is always good - near the station and some great beer Smiley (although sometimes no food)

Can decide then if we want to do Leamington the month after, or back to Birmingham. The turnout at Leamington has been a bit poor compared to Coventry and now Birmingham - so it might make sense to give up on Leamington? Alternatively, we could cycle between Leamington-Coventry-Birmingham?

Awesome meetup guys! Nice to meet some other Indie Developers. Didnt get to meet everyone, but will take the time to talk with more next meeting.

Lem and Coventry are doable though Birmingham worked well for me (evening parking was free and about 20 yards from the venue!)

Thanks again for organising this!

Not sure what I'm doing that weekend yet... if I'm able to LD48, I could maybe do the same sort of thing as last time, a day in Coventry and a day at home.

Need to make sure I'm prepared to actually finish something this time... Attempting to use Stage3D last time wasn't a huge success... got to decide between Unity or back to the good old C++...

It was fairly quiet, but good! Had fun on Draknek's new puzzler. Also had a bit of cake because we've been meeting for a year. Smiley

Actually we need to decide where the May one is. Birmingham or Leamington?

I thought we'd decided on Birmingham. Someone made a venue suggestion, but I forget both who and where...

Ludum Dare might end up being quite quiet, persuade friends/coworkers to come along!
