The Puyo games are some of my favorite puzzle games, and this looks like a nice variation. I hope my Hannspree is compatible.

Thanks for the links Falsen!

@ithamore: what's a Hannspree? lol Tongue

Anyway, the game is out now.
App store: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ghost-puzzle/id498980981?ls=1&mt=8
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.heigames.ghostpuzzle

It's $0.99 for today ($2.99 afterwards).

I edited the first post. I'm not sure what the best course of action is now. Do I make a new topic in Announcements or should this topic be moved there (in that case a mod needs to do that for me)

I bought this on iOS and Android, and it's quite polished and fun. Great job.  Grin

Thanks for the comment. Don't worry, I'm planning to do another $0.99 sale offer next weekend as a marketing push. I can remind you if you like.

On another note, I've got several offers from friends and whatnot to translate the game, so I'm concentrating on that. Hopefully the game will be available in Chinese, Japanese, German and Portugese soon. Korean too, maybe.

I played this on my SII yesterday, I like how neat and sharp the graphics look, and all the animation of the puzzles and the menu's is all very professional and nice, good work

I would never usually play this type of game, but I'm always sucked in by the cute art style, keep up the good work

Thanks ^^

Also I got the game accepted by Marmalade's App Program a while ago. So the game is coming to Playbook and a bunch of other App Stores some time soon.

Have you emailed TouchArcade yet? They seem like an ideal site to review this sort of game. Hookshot Inc., too.

To anyone who'd like to try the game: it's free for today (ios version only) in collaboration with AppEvent.

This game is great! I played it a bit on my Samsung Galaxy Tab, but it kept crashing during gameplay on my first gen iPad.

The presentation is excellent, awesome work for a one-man army.

I read that you used Marmalade SDK. Does it make it easy to translate into many languages? Was wondering how you handled Asian characters.

Thanks. I've heard about crashing problems before, but it works fine on my first gen ipad so I don't know what the problem could be on others.

Do you mean programming languages? Marmalade SDK doesn't translate code into other languages, but compiles executables directly for the target platforms.

The SDK comes with a bitmap font editor that can import letters from different unicode ranges. That's how I did it in Ghost Puzzle, but it can also handle true type fonts.
