Been a while since I posted here, but I could use some feedback on this game I'm making for Christmas. You play a rainbow space donkey separated from your herd and have to try and find your way back. The only problem is that you've got lost in a part of space that's full of murderous santas.

Complete with newtonian space donkey physics and a basic binding of isaac-style item system.

My plan is to do a final-ish release by the weekend. I've got various bits and pieces still to add, but I'm a bit concerned at the moment that the core mechanic (killing the santas with the donkey's bottom flames) is too fiddly and frustrating to be much fun. Thoughts?

Download it here

Still to do:
  • Sound fx
  • Fix magnifying glass pickup
  • Spawn compass if the player's lost
  • Make donkey flames hit santers throughout contact, not just at start
  • Secret extras

Right, it's done. I'm not sure the sound fx really fit, but other than that it's pretty much how I'd intended it to turn out.

Download it here (Windows, Linux and OSX versions)

And here's a video of it in action.
