I was watching this video clip of an interview with Gary Numan where he speaks briefly on "reinventing yourself" and at around 1:02 in the clip he says something interesting regarding being "fashionable" that I think is good advice for artists of any kind (especially indie game creators). I found it interesting anyways, just though I'd throw it out there.

I found Gary Numan's contribution to the new Battles album pretty underwhelming (he sings like 2 lines).

I also found the new Battles album pretty underwhelming.
