i thought there was a working dreamcast emulator...?
and just fyi i played through the entirety of panzer dragoon 1 on a saturn emulator some 3 years ago, possibly more.

the emulator i used was ssf if i remember correctly. according to the official site the last update was this july.
also, just out of curiosity: why is the saturn so popular in france? most of the websites dedicated to it seem to be french.

I don't know but there is a bunch of "artistic" game on that console, that console had a very strong distinct feel with its game.
