Can I just recommend this wonderful gem for potential video material?  Hardly anyone knows it even exists, but I think it'd fit great onto your list.

I actually remember playing that.. someone recommended it to me when it was first released. I'll have to give it another try.

Nice picks. Especially String looks really interesting. Besides I have always liked one button games. I have to find some time to try all these games.

I'm glad to see you working on another list of overlooked games. I enjoyed several of the first 100 you did.

If you're taking suggestions, I have a few games on my hard drive I've liked but didn't feel worth front-paging.

I'll start with Lico, which is made by the same guy who made Collte's Spoon Devil. It's a puzzle game that requires you to click and drag to capture different kinds of enemies to guide them into suns to eliminate them while you have to dodge those not captured.

I liked the gameplay, and it was polished. However, it was only one level with 3 difficulty settings. If only it had some good level design.

Edit:

You play as the yellow and blue symbol. Each enemy light has different behaviors or characteristics, but they're easy enough to figure out.

Eclectic Electornica: a range of the audio spectrum spanning from Vim! to William Fields to Gas that can slip between and out of said range.

These games look beautiful, especially this last one ^. It's a shame these indie devs aren't giving their games the publicity it deserves.

EDIT: Ok, that last game is definitely on my top 10 indie games this year. It was short though, if it was expanded a bit, it would be one hell of a game.

Glad you're enjoying the series. Christmas Island was released at the end of 2009 I believe (for reference).
