Love that low poly and pixel art texture work. You probably already posted it, but what are you using for modeling and texturing?

Thanks, you all.

@migrafael - I'm using Blender for modeling, and GIMP / the internal Blender texture painting mode for texturing.

It might not come as a huge surprise, but I think I'm going to put this on hiatus. I have way more to learn about finishing game projects, unfortunately. I apologize and hope to make something cool soon. :1

No worries, hope to see some cool stuff in the future  Beer!

You've been at this project for such a long time that you definitely deserve a break...

no worries. imo if you want to get better at finishing games, do game jams.
I've finished 7 games and I'm about 133.33332% sure I'd be at 0 if I never started doing game jams. they helped me build up the skills and confidence super quickly. it's basically cheating at improving at gamedev.
7drl is coming up in a couple of days. would be a good chance to make something if you're up for it.

Totally agree - downloaded the game and really enjoying the aesthetics. The music is so crunchy in the first area, in a good way. Smiley

Played the demo, I had more fun than playing the Binding of Isaac, I love the path finding with the little gray guys.

Whoa, this is a blast from the past. Glad you liked it, haha! I'm using the same pathfinding approach even now, years later, with a certain enemy on my current project, Gearend. I'll have to get back to this again soon!

@gunswordfist - No problem!
