BTW, how did you manage to get on KS without being in the US?
As Bones says, credit card and US social number. Basically, an US citizen. I have a friend collaborating on the game who's from the San Francisco area. Sorry for the late answer, I've been cut-off the internet for a while, then the new year's days...

Breaking news!!! Somebody pledged 525$ to UFHO2 in one BIG donation!! I'm so excited I had to write it everywhere... Also, expect some update soon, and another video for the ones who are still skeptic about UFHO2's addictiveness. In the meanwhile, a bonus graphic: what if UFHO2 met Pac Man?

NEW TRAILERHey guys, new video/trailer for the campaign! It's way shorter, I hope it gets to the point. Do you think it works better than the previous one?

Hi everyone! I'm the music composer for the UFHO2 soundtrack and here's a new update for UFHO2's backers on Kickstarter! We will add the UFHO2 EP to the rewards of the campaign, so if you donate 10$ - apart from getting the game itself in digital download, a thank you on the website and a bunch of wallpapers - you'll get the UFHO2 EP (containing 4 tracks, including the main theme) for digital download. You can check the UFHO2 Kickstarter updates here:http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tinycolossus/ufho2-a-turn-based-strategy-game/postsIf you want a preview of the music, you can find the UFHO2 EP on my bandcamp page. Click on the cover art below: Have a good listening my friends!

I don't like this that you try so hard and still you lack so much to achieve the kickstart and there are some projects that their authors don't do almost anything and they got kickstarted just for the genre, etc. :/

Ah ah, I thought it was a gratuitous critique at first... then I read it better. Well, I guess it's the kind of game: it's not immediate to understand as a platformer or an FPS, so the majority of people don't spend time in getting what it's about. Which is fair, I have limited attention spans on internet myself, but still... What we need now is some article on a super website/blog (this one? ), so that people will get past the normal internet-hurry when they watch the page. Well, let's see how these last days go. Thanks for the concern

Same problem again, some genres are getting less interest and coverage than others despite the game's quality, TIGSource is no different, make a platform game with retro zoomed pixel-art and you'll make that 10k in a few days, I guess that on IndieDB the favorite genre are multiplayer 3d games. Sad but true

Well, I knew this game isn't the kind of game that gets attention automatically... But I've been working on this game for a long time and I got A LOT of positive response, basically almost everybody who played it - understanding it fully - liked it. So I'm really confident that once we release a demo with a very well-made comprehensive tutorial and a good AI, it will get its attention. It's just a shame that the campaign ends in 7 days now PS: we released a pre-alpha demo, if you want to comprove my words :D http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=10977.msg684629#msg684629
