I got a copy of Player Piano by Kurt Vonnegut, a muffin tin and a large soup bowl (so now I can fit a whole can in just one bowl). Big gift was money towards an HD TV, which I just picked up today. I'm pretty ecstatic, just need to find the HDMI cables to hook up my PS3 and I'll be golden.
No console games this year, I think this is the first. Just a couple Steam games. Got a cool NES controller shirt I didn't ask for but I really like. The best gifts are the ones you get that aren't on your list but you like anyway.
My super rad little bro got me a couple jigsaw puzzles, sorted out the edge pieces and threw them away, then mixed up what was left in unrelated boxes so I can't see the pictures. He knows exactly what I like.
I think next year I'm going to ask for people to just donate to charity in my name. Now that I have a pretty good job I feel lame making up long lists of things I want.

- clothes
- 3DS + Super Mario 3D Land
- Serious Sam 3: BFE (well technically I got this 2 or so weeks ago but it still counts as a Christmas gift for them I think)
- $$$
- a chair that doesn't suck
Cool stuff overall. I didn't ask for much this year except BFE so the 3DS was a surprise (an awesome surprise (3D hurts my eyes tho.))

At least a few of them seem sarcastic. But then again, what with this being in text and all... And yeah, that is retarded. You know what I got for christmas? A book.
And I was damn happy.

Wow... I just replied to about a half a dozen of these ungrateful little fucks so far: https://twitter.com/#!/phubans I think I'll stop now so my account doesn't get suspended but what a bunch of pussies. (I'm still depressed over the fact that my mom ordered the white iPhone 4S instead of the black one for me) @saintnicotine Kill yourself.
(If I don't get an iphone for christmas, I will kill myself.) @CLeightx3 Do the world a favor and do it.
Dude. Not cool.Aren't you, like, 30 or something? I thought by then that most people would have grown up. Yet here you are, acting like yet another retarded 16-year-old internet troll, telling people to kill themselves for acting as immaturely as you are right now. And don't think everybody is as thick-skinned as you are. There are people out there who respond to hateful comments like the Vic Viper responds to laser beams. People who internalize your comments and whose minds use them as a rationalization of how terrible of a person they are. People who were on the brink of suicide going into Christmas, disappointed coming out of it, and now are being ruthlessly attacked for an off-hand comment that they thought would disappear into the great void of Nobody Cares. But now everybody cares. Everybody hates them. And Dad got some shotgun ammo for Christmas. One more person doesn't make it to adulthood, because another just couldn't fuckin' grow up.Thankfulness is a virtue, but common human decency is a more important one. (also, don't make suicide jokes...it's my dragonmaw button)

Yeah, so I was going to relate to how I've noticed that you are hostile toward people who exhibit certain traits (like homophobia, transphobia, etc), but then I realized that that's insensitive of me to single you out like that. After all, we all have our hot-button issues, and the only thing that makes you different is the level of moderation power. And, were I in your shoes, I'd probably act similarly against those who run afoul of my hot-button issues (like depression, suicide, etc). I think most people would. It was incredibly wrong of me to equate your name with a vice, moreso as it is one that runs prevalently throughout humanity, and for that I sincerely apologize.
...Looks like I have some growing up to do, too...
