That's actually really funny. Maybe Apple should leave it up just for comedic purposes.

it looks like they actually did a pretty good job on it, honestly.

for some weird reason, I have trouble getting up in arms about someone ripping off a Nintendo game. I'm not going to bring up Gamenauts.

yeah, I agree. I'd buy it, it looks fun.

I have no problem with inspiration or ripping off formulas that work but ripping entire tracks and only using ripped tracks and passing it off as original stuff is just theft

Lol, i only reconize two race tracks (The farm track and the ice track) and the weapons. Maybe because i didn't play the Wii version, but even so...shame on them!!

At least use Mario Kart as reference, but not like a complete "copy and paste" one... Facepalm

There's also Peach gardens from Mario Kart DS, and Bowser's castle complete with thwomps from Super Mario Kart I believe, copied verbatim.

It's straightforward copyright infringement... which I don't believe in, but I'm sure Nintendo does.

Yeah, at first my thoughts were "Yeah, ripoffs happen", but rarely is the content so blatantly stolen.
