I'm guessing it's because it's in a hidden forum. Ya, thats poo. There's some good comics there, would like to see them all laid out to read..

Does someone what to make a 200px width logo for the tool? It would appear on the front page sidebar where the "Stop SOPA" banner is now.

Is there anyway you could make a custom setting of, say, 50 images per page, or let the user choose? I recently had to switch to an old computer, and firefox loads all of the images at once.
so painful

Is there any chance you could make a similar tool except it trawls the first 4 pages of DevLogs grabbing the last image from each topic to make a linkable gallery?

I saw it, thanks! It looks good - I'll put it up with the next post.
One small complaint: I kind of wish you included a couple examples from the Art and 3d threads for completeness.

Yeh I probably should have but the images are much bigger, the pixel stuff can be represented well with a small crop box ..

I'm guessing it's because it's in a hidden forum. Ya, thats poo. There's some good comics there, would like to see them all laid out to read.. I could show them if I had access myself, but then it would be publicly accessible trough my tool. And adding some authentication mechanism is a bit beyond the tool. Is there anyway you could make a custom setting of, say, 50 images per page, or let the user choose? I recently had to switch to an old computer, and firefox loads all of the images at once. You can add a parameter to the url "&imgCnt=50", which limits the amount of images shown. But it's not that well supported. Is there any chance you could make a similar tool except it trawls the first 4 pages of DevLogs grabbing the last image from each topic to make a linkable gallery?
Everything is possible, but I'm quite busy with a few other projects right now.

It'd be cool if it showed a random set of images every time. [the logo]
Edit: also, you should change the tool to load as you scroll down instead of continuously loading.

I've seen sites do this, not sure what javascript trickery they use. But they most certainly know the image sizes beforehand, else this would be pretty hard. And I don't know the image sizes. It's possible. But the SMF (forum) software has the advantage of showing all posts on a single page if you ask for the printable version. The vBullitin forums used for polycount doesn't do that. So it's a bit of extra work. 3D has a very different interest to me compared to pixel art...

It's back. Under a different domain name.
There where some issues. First, the server that was hosting it crashed, which caused a few days of downtime. But this resulted in a different problem after it was up and running again. The domain name (daid2.mine.nu) was registered for free at dyndns.org, however, after the crash it no longer was "linked" to dyndns, causing the free domain to expire. As dyndns no longer allows you to register a mine.nu for free, and they have messed up in the past before, I decided to got for a different route and bought daid.eu
Now, the front page link (yes, it's on the tigsource front page) is already updated, as well as the first post in this topic. So update your bookmarks :-)
