Time for a new screenshot Saturday, in this case a character sheet showing how the characters in the game are designed and build to look just like made with paper sheets, and that allows us to make in it in real papercraft if needed.

I'm not a comic fan, but this looks unbelievably good. Good luck!

muppetpuppet, that looks absolutely astonishing! Are the textures like that or is it somekind of shader magic? I'd love to give it a go sometime. I hope it plays real smooth Here's my screenshot for today. I totally cleared up the UI leaving only the elements that are absolutely necessary. Dropped the sidebar since it served little purpose. Also made the menubar chromeless. Looks more sleek I think.

Hi guys,,
SXPD is on IndieDB here:http://www.indiedb.com/games/sxpd-the-rookie Due to all the parties involved, it's been under-wraps a long time. And I've only just this week been able to talk about it and show it..
Normally i'm here with Oberon's Court, so all my accounts are geared towards that, so I have to now use those for SXPD.. (Oberon's Court is my own pet project, SXPD is something we did at Little Chicken Game Company, where I work during the day)
with regards on shaders, its all manual black and white textures;)

My favorite place in my current project. The flowers color and make a sound when stepped on.

Here's a new 'power up'/helper companion you can use. He acts like a mini mobile turret that hovers next to you (think the orb in Smash TV or babies in Binding of Isaac). His wings aren't currently doublesided, need to fix that. Also don't have a name for him yet - if anyone has suggestions let us know!

I hope you like it, we're having some troubles trying to reach the public and the press,so we're really excited about seeing any response and feedback. This looks amazing, and even better in motion with your youtube video. Huge props to your shader programmer. You mentioned difficulty getting in front of press, which is boggling to me, since your art style is so distinctive. Any ideas as to why?
