Thanks for believing in me  There's only one thing left to do and then the game'll be *officially finished*! Said thing isn't really that huge, either, although after that I'll of course have to run some betatesting (plus the audio is still missing to some extent). But hey! That 100% might be only a short time away  I'll be streaming the game again on Friday at 11 PM UTC/GMT! Please tell me here (or in twitter) if there's something specific you'd like to see about the game! |

about publishing, why don't you contact a publisher or two, adult swim, devolver digital and such, they might be interested in your game, +they can handle all the PR, Marketing and publishing for you, for a cut of the profit, but it's worth it because this game just needs popularity, it has all of the hype and awesome content it needs

News! I've been tweaking things and these past two weeks have been extraordinarily productive in terms of ESA development! Things: - Variable jump height!
- An insanely extensive postgame part that I doubt anyone will ever finish
- Tweaks to dumb enemies/bosses/areas
- A new level-loading system that fixes some MMF 2 bugs
Most of the additions/tweaks are obviously not really list-able. ANYWAY! The main thing I came here to tell you is that I've been talking around a bit and made some deadlines. Expect and actual release date estimation coming early next week! about publishing, why don't you contact a publisher or two, adult swim, devolver digital and such, they might be interested in your game, +they can handle all the PR, Marketing and publishing for you, for a cut of the profit, but it's worth it because this game just needs popularity, it has all of the hype and awesome content it needs
Publishers have their own problematic things, but mostly I had avoided figuring out the publishing because in any case I would have to set up a company and handle all the paperwork related to that, along with the post-release hype/feedback train. |
