There is no significance. It's a joke on the fact that Gabe can show off cool art on every update, and I can show off some math in a text editor.

That's why it's better to be the artist/designer on a videogame project. You get to work half as many hours and get all the praise. Who the fuck has ever heard of Tommy Refenes or Renaud Bedard anyway?

Except that when you lose a programmer you can do shit and when a programmer loses an artist he can still continue working on the game, artists are dependent on programmers  Undecided
