I don't recall hearing that. Though if it is true, commercial and free ware are two different issues.

It's a nice start. He is seriously underpowered (he only has 3 attacks with less than a half-second of warm-up time), but balancing will come in time.

How about an "alley oop" power, which is basically bouncing the ball on the floor then getting hit back in order to execute a double jump, which would only work over floor.
