Hopefully I can get your attention this time: Ha, fine fine. I don't plan on open sourcing the Delver engine while I'm actively working on it. When I eventually move on I'll put everything out on Github.

Way, way to many traps. I died just after leaving the main room. I didn't even see any enemies. I think that you should also have a way to disable the traps, perhaps by putting an item on it or drinking a potion.

Thanks for finally replying! Do you plan on doing an overworld for Delver?

Figure I'll just post these tiles that I made some time back since I'm not getting any more done anyway. Once the zip is downloaded take the folder inside it (generator) and put it at the root of your delver.jar file of choice and let it overwrite the generator folder that's already there. You'll have all the original tiles used in dungeon generation and an additional 13. https://www.cubby.com/p/f160ff7ceda148b497374fe92517bd3d/newtiles.zipInterrupt, if you'd like to use any of the tiles and put them in Delver feel free to do so with or without mdoifications. Added traps that can be triggered by the player / monsters / other objects. Current trap is a splash damage explosion, planning to add teleportation, poison, and projectile traps.
Hmm teleportation, that could be used in neat ways. What if for some floors like maybe the one with the goblins or some future ones (mage floor? :p) generated dungeons where everything wasn't one connected piece but instead two or three connected by teleporters?

Just to make sure we're on the same page with how this would work, you want the mouse wheel to be able to toggle between wieldable weapons in the hotbar?

I think it would be interesting to wield consumables. Lately I've been using potions/food to disable traps, and trying to throw them from my inventory is tricky.
Perhaps something like wield a potion, then left click and hold to quaff/eat?

In that case I suggest it is made so that if one clicks the button corresponding to the currently active hotspot the item is used (if 2 is active and 2 is pressed again it will be used) that way one can quickly double click to have the item consumed.

@Leonick That could work. I guess the other implication of my suggestion is that potions/food would no longer be instantaneous buffs. Potions might be quaffed in a second, but food might take several seconds of eating to consume.

This game is fantastic! now i'm not normally one for rpg games, but this caught my eye. I got it on my android, but after a few days of relentlessly playing, it now wont run! it unexpectedly crashes when you get to the main menu, i filled in a crash report on my phone, i hope you can fix it, it'd be a real shame if i couldnt enjoy this delicious game

That could actually be kind of neat, would give a bit of a difficulty bump too I suppose since you can't just inst-heal during combat. In any case it'd be nice to still be able to consume a potion or such by tapping the button for the slot it's in a second time, though I suppose using the mouse button would work just as well really :p

http://www.intrrpt.com/downloads/delver/Delver-alpha-6-22-12.zip* Reduced number of traps * New trap types: teleportation and poison * Added new tiles by Leonick * Some new music from WhiteWolf Hey, Interrupt, how did you go about making this for the 'Droids? I just got one and want to have some fun.
I'm using LibGdx as a helper framework to make it easier to make this run on desktop & phones, go check it out. This game is fantastic! now i'm not normally one for rpg games, but this caught my eye. If you look on the base folder of your SD card there should be a 'Delver' folder, renaming or deleting that could be a quick workaround for now.
