Looking for 2D artist for creature tile set.

I am looking to get a tile set of critters (animated with 3-5 frames)

-critters are always facing towards the screen,
-animations are just idle movement like breathing or hopping.
-They would be to be around 45x45 pixels or a little smaller.
-I'm looking for any number of them. half a dozen and up.
-They are imaginary creatures from slimes, jellies to whatever you can imagine.
-I am looking for each one to also have 3-4 "evolutionary" stages. So you can have a little slime guy, who can turn into a something more evolved but still look like a slime. Maybe has has little antennae or another eye.
-I would prefer them to easily colored later or to provide color variations, simple ones such as green, blue, red, purple etc. This way I you don't have to take time to color a million different combinations.
