Sugar Crash: Hyper Deluxe is a game that I finished in a 3 month sprint, whereas my last game took 3 whole years (not all of it in active development.  Wife and I had a kid born).  So, it was a nice kind of refreshing game dev cycle.  I look at people producing games in a week or less, and I am in awe.
