Pretty sure .png messes with the brightness of images a bit depending on the monitor settings of the person who sets it. I'd like to use another format, but I dunno of any better ones.

The color breaks because it opens as Indexed (depending on what happens). This means the indexed color matches a palette index, but this doesn't happen in RGB mode (non indexed). So if you paste Glaiel's one in yours, make sure it was RGB first, to match the color (it happened to me first ;p)
