The weird parts I can see atm is the eyebrow/nose intersection (and the eyebrows in general). The nose is also a bit flat. Since the thread is about faces it's not as relevant, but comparing the neck of yours to the ref (independent of how much of a ref it is) you'll notice yours is much, much longer.

Yeah, How dare you paint a woman that doesn't adhere to white people proportions  Angry

not really, Sandoval's woman looks realistic enough to me, actually she reminds me of a woman I might have seen IRL or on a screen.

It's a thread in which John is trying to get better at drawing faces(=proper proportions), and in this case the girl he drew was white. His semi-reference was also white.WTF

The criticism about the eyebrows had to do with the shading and the
lack of shape at the topmost part of the nose makes it lose depth - both are worthwhile critiques independent of race.

Even if her hands are inside her sleeves I think you should build them with more detail than what you have now. Right now they look like well... only fingers exploding out of a sleeve, like not connected to a hand. The feet also seem to be slightly too big, but that may be me just being overly critical of ideal body proportion ratios.
