Took a break from Placeville.

This started as my Ludum Dare entry, but after working on it it's starting to take a turn for the better.

As of today:



The dark grey is a generator which gives energy to the wires; the wires will be able to power houses you or other creatures build.

Graphics and a working furnace. You can cook wheat and receive bread!

Also there's an entity rendering thing which you can't see, but it is working.

Store floors with tables holding random items are generated, also have coins semi-implemented. Tomorrow I'll probably be setting prices for all of these.

I made a sentence generator and it only generates sentences such as "So, weather hot dog cat cat" or "Hi, then then and then then". I think it needs some work.

Map (sort of). I need to add keys to it. Tomorrow I will be adding proper stores and proper lots for people to move into.

I've decided to turn this into a farming game.
