PLAY in-browser (Unity)

- Overview video (YouTube)
- Twitter for updates and announcements

BEAT JUICE RADIO is a fresh take on rhythm games. In the 2-player "Beat Battle" mode, each player plays a beat for the other to repeat. Try to play a beat so complex that your opponent can't play it! But becareful, you need to play it back as well. In the 1-player "Beat Bronco" mode, the AI procedurally generates and plays a beat for you to repeat. Stay on your toes and see how long you can last against the AI!

- 6 songs with unique "bronco mode" AIs
- Layered music! The longer you survive the more awesome music you'll hear.
- ETA: Early June to a web portal near you

Agreed. Game's pretty solid, and the procedural music's nice and solid. I like the hand-drawn art style, too. The absurdity of the characters works in your favor, to be sure - they're pretty funny. You could add some animations to the characters, and have different ones you can select, too. Anyway, nice job!

By the way, the name reminds me of Jet Set Radio. Smiley

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, Mark did a great job with the music.

The name is like a mish mash of Puzzlejuice and Jet Set/Grind RADIOOOOO Tongue

Things have been changing quite a bit, and I've forgotten to update this thread! New features since the last bump:

- Gated progression for Beat Bronco. You now have to get a minimum score in order to unlock the next song.
- Much more overall polish. More "juiciness", particles, etc. The fun stuff! Smiley So the game should feel a lot better and more satisfying.

A lot of the front end UI is still temp, but we'll get all that finalized in the next week or so. And then....release on Kongregate!
