Hi Chris -

I am new to the bay area. Can anyone come to these game jams or is it invite only? Also, what is everyone's experience like, I am bit of a newb...

The game jams are open to everyone. We also have a Facebook group called the Bay Area Game Jammers.

It isn't a proper "Game Jam", It's mostly just people getting together to work on their projects together and hang out. We usually have a 1 hour jam at some point during the day but you don't have to participate if you'd rather work on your own stuff.
