Here's what I've been working on:

Malevolent Deceased

I've now finished it [or what I could be able to get done so far]. I wanted to do a whole bunch more levels, but didn't have the time, so I got what I could.

Ah.  Haven't played the original game.  The graphical content of this one looks pretty strong.  How far are you along with it?

Uh... I can only think of the movie Evil Dead, was there a game or am I off the mark? Also, does this involve people being penetrated by shrubberies?

The cottage level was kind of hard considering I respawned with 1 HP every time  Cry

haha, sorry about that. school just started (i know that shouldn't be an excuse, but i'm still using it) and didn't have time to finish it as much as I wanted. plus i just realized that i didn't add sound.

I'm a sucker for retro games so I loved your entry. Reminded me of the adulterine child of Castlevania and splatterhouse WTF I love your background graphics man, you should do it a full game.
