yeah, you can farm them for humanity once you get an item find boosty thing. there's a shortcut you can unlock that goes straight from the bonfire to the doors that go to blighttown, pretty easy to get from there to the gaping dragon without ever seeing a frog.

every new area is the worst area Basin was awesome!!! I opened the door to the tower and got crushed from full by Havel  The hydra was also really fun, I would round up all 4 of the golems and stand uphill from them so that the hydra blew em all up with it's orbital nuke and then charged in. But seriously fuck those bugs I don't have any ranged attacks and they're hella annoying. And those toxic dart guys...I also liked valley of the drakes because I could stagger wyverns and drop em without getting hit. I'm sure I could have killed that undead dragon but it feels like it would take forever and a day without ranged attacks. Does pyromancy scale with any stat or is it a factor of the level of your hand? -- Finished blighttown. I accidentally wandered into some area with some fugly rat dudes and I got toxic'd again so I left and went to Queelag's Castle and kicked her spider ass. That giant gate was ominous and also really cool since I saw it closed earlier. Frampt is super cute Gonna go kill Stray Demon now |

i havent bothered with pyromancy since my first playthrough though so idk that might be entirely false

 uguu (the 10 humanity is for the +3 chaos blade im running... tho i kinda wish i got qualeeg's furysword instead) EDIT: the bleed damage is SUPER nice though PS: ornstein and smough just won't die ;/ i'll get ornstein to really low health, but then smough will just fuck up my shit and keep me from getting close... |

I just dropped that lardass stray demon and am now grinding up 20k souls so I can enter the garden through the fancy door
I'd go through the hydra area but there aren't any good bonfires near there whereas there's one literally just outside that hella expensive gate
Also is there any reason why I shouldn't kill Andre for his cool stuff and just use the guy in new londo for ascension?

Andre and I are bros at the moment so I guess I'll just farm up those 20k souls Also I've been using and plan on using my BKS for the duration of this runthrough. I know it can't ascend or be enchanted but maybe that's not such a bad thing. There's always time in a NG+ to mix up your weaponry |

Domhnall of Zena is my favorite human NPC right now Then probably Solaire If only I could be so grossly incandescentI also like Frampt a lot he's just so unnerving with his clicking teeth and "PRIMORDIAL SERPENT" and weird face dicks but his voice is totally normal. Like more normal than a lot of the human voices in the game. Lautrec was a dick and his armor was ugly so after I used him to kill the Gaping Dragon I threw him off the shrine  Other than that, no other really noteworthy NPCs I can think of. I'm also still before Sen's Fortress 2 so I'm sure I'll meet more people later. |
