Serendipitous, then, I suppose, that I have just taken two sachets of laxative, and plan to do some releasing of my own. It's unadulterated azure skies from here, the skin sucked from my beach bleached bone. Phil Fish is my co-pilot.

You're weird. I have seen this movie and it is good. Everyone should buy it and watch it because it is good.

i can only talk in fragments of the words of others. it'd be liberating to be suicidal, to have that sort of emotional response and conviction, instead of this boundless grey. cave story, endless.

if you could just understand what it is to think, to know, to feel. you're in the midst of the renaissance of the soul, and yet you're so absurdly oblivious. you are der untergeher, the one who goes under, an intellectual submariner with your periscope forever submerged in the inkiest depths, and any rare glimpse you catch of life is in duplicate not because of a kinship, a correctness of your views, but because of a severe astigmatism.
as you can see, we owe a great deal to civilisations past, and the only places we honour them are deeply unpopular. we are each bathed in a light we wish were golden, but it is bleak, featureless, uninspiring. there is no tomorrow, there is only the existential terror we feel as we are chased by our present failures. the doors are all locked or broken. there's no escape, but then, what if there were? if we were given this kind of freedom, we'd be forced to ask who we are.
i want to forge ahead, and forge a head, but the casting process unnerves me. i'd rather plunge my head into molten iron. it would seem a fitting way for this to end.

it's just that part from kickboxer where he's doing kicks underwater in a well or whatever except i stay under for the entirety of the 7 minute film and drown and part way through the paul hertzog score stops and you hear him stand up from his casio yelling "what the fuck, he's going to die in there, do something" and then he runs out of the studio yelling that he wants no part in this
