Shao, gj!

I think the fact that he's keeping his head straight is the weirdest part. Seeing Shao's edit really confirms this, since it looks much more natural when the head follows the motion.
I mean if you look at swimmers, they move their heads as their body twists, in harmony with the motion.

I think some parts are good, but at one point makes a rare move the tail does not fit in the chest, try to draw the wave, this has taken me 5 minutes and I think it is on the right track.

That's great! Thanks! Are you okay with me just stealing that and animating on top of it?

Yeah, shao managed to get him to move the head more while still remaining a good forwards look with the eyes. Wonderful job.

EDIT:
I had a rough go at it, anyway:

This is amazing. Thank you so much. Tears of Joy

Don't worry. Even the old sprite had that!

EDIT:
Patched this one up too:

It looks pretty good even with only four frames, but I'll double that amount to smoothen out the transition anyway. After a walk. I've been sitting here for 13 hours now. I need air.

Eight frames. I like the little extra thrust at the end, really showing how he makes a great push to keep going at a high speed each time.

I'm glad you have helped, but are not you meant with the question, if you want you can ask the question another way and then you can get an answer, I am Spanish and I do not understand much English.

The animation has improved a lot, but could be even better than I have may be valid, depending on what you want.

Puedo tratar de usar mi español, pero no es el mejor español en el mundo. No quiero decir mucho más que "muchas gracias", y quiero preguntarte si querrías que ponga tu nombre en el juego para agradecerte. Gentleman

A bit smoother now:

¡Gracias! No tengo que poner el nombre en el juego si no te importa, pero solamente quise preguntarte ahora, cuando voy a usar el movimiento que tú diseñaste para mi. Querría agradecerte si me permitas. Smiley

It looks like you took the force(feeling of power) out of the animation and made it more wobbly :<
Also, the spanish was messing with my head.. I though I had accidentally google translate the entire page..  Cheesy

at the end of the movement, the tail fin shouldnot be so static, you could try to make the fins move a bit, and in fact, they should be horizontally placed rather than vertically.
You must also make two circle animations, for when the character makes a complete circle, up and down, and use these for when he is going down and up, making circles

¿Quieres enviar un PM con tu nombre real, o quieres que usa el nombre "shao"?

Sorry! Just making it easy for my kind friend here!

Of course, but I think that will look kind of odd (of course it already does, since it's facing the wrong way, but I think it looks better than a fin viewed side on would). Hm...

I'm not sure I understand.
