I threw this together last night. would I be able to create something similar with tumblr? The Top segment with the game build will always be there.

You would be able to create something similar, but I don't think you'd be allowed to embed Flash (I could be wrong). I am surprised Blogspot let you!

I believe you can embed Flash files with tumblr if you edit the post's HTML.

I use blogger, its clean, easy and you have to pay just 10 bucks for a year of it being part of your website's domain. I suggest coding a website with HTML and CSS, then adding a blog part of the website with blogger. As Gabriel said, the HTML is editable, while also having quick ways of editing the CSS. Thats the way I would go anyway.

I think bloggers are hard to get good looking.
If you don't have much CSS knowledge, wordpress is the best for a quick start up, and has the most advanced options over time for when you're comfortable with tweaking it.
